Can I reserve a room in the library?

There are a number of rooms available for reservation in the library. These include the group study rooms, closed carrels, Meeting Room 105, the Kunkle Room, and the Truxall Classroom.
All internal reservations (students, alumni, faculty, and staff) should be made through 25Live. All non-PTS individuals interested in a reservation should come to the library circulation desk, or call 412-924-1354. There may be some restrictions or fees assessed for non-PTS reservations.
Please note: During Finals Week, individual closed carrel reservations are limited to PTS students and for a time period of up to 4 hours. Group study room reservations are also limited to PTS students only for groups of two or more.
