How do I reserve a closed carrel?

If you are a current PTS Student, Faculty, or Staff or have an Alumni or Clergy account, you may reserve a closed carrel for up to 1 week at a time using 25Live.
During Finals, reservations are limited to current PTS students only, for up to 4 hours.
- Click the '"Event Form" link at the top of the screen
- Select Library Carrel Reservation in the "Event Type" field. This blocks your carrel reservation from showing up on campus-wide daily event listings.
- After filling out the reservation information, scroll down the Locations Search. Search "car" or "carrel" as shown below in the screen capture to show the available closed carrels in your locations search and request the carrel of your choice.
- If you aren't a current PTS Student, Faculty or Staff member or a Clergy account holder, or, if you're uncertain about how to use 25Live, visit the library circulation desk for assistance in making a reservation.
